das Update auf Version 10.0.1 bringt:

  • XML Im- und Export
  • Xsan unterstützung
  • Beliebiger StartTimecode in der Timeline
  • GPU beschleunigter Export
  • Full Screen unter OS X Lion
  • One-step Transitions
Mit dem Update von Final Cut Pro X wurden auch Updates für Compressor, Motion und einige Quicktime Codecs veröffentlich.
Es gibt nun auch eine kostenlose 30 Tage Testversion von Final Cut Pro X.
Des weiteren wurde für 2012 Multicam Editing und externes Video Monitoring angekündigt
